Sisters in Crime, Rocky Mountain Chapter
.
Madge Walls is leaving the Rocky Mountain area for the wilds of Oregon. Her farewell luncheon will be held July 19, 2009 at the Panera Bread on North Academy Blvd. in Colorado Springs. All members are invited.
12:30 - 1:30 at Panera Bread,
> followed by the board meeting (and invite those who attend the lunch to
> stick around for the board meeting)
>
> The RMC chapter will buy drinks or dessert for everyone, and of course, we'll pay for Madge's lunch.
Madge Walls did our chapter newsletter for a year and is the author of 'Paying the Price.' She had a good time with the marketing, especially in Hawaii. During an RMC interview with her, she said she really enjoyed meeting with book clubs.
Madge has completed the sequel, which is now in the hands of the publisher. The Rocky Mountain Chapter of Sisters in Crime wish her fair seas and good sailing in her writing career, one she is sure to continue in Oregon.
"I have all your email addresses - you're not entirely rid of me!
I will miss you all too. You've truly been sisters!
Best aloha,
Madge"
